These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern Your access to and use of the PahappaHR mobile application (the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree to these Terms, You may not use the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the PahappaHR mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

User Accounts

  • Registration: To use the application, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

 

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.

 

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., map services, cloud hosting). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Pahappa Limited is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these external services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such action is necessary to protect the integrity of the Service or the safety of our users.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Pahappa Limited makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the Service, the accuracy of the information provided, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pahappa Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uganda.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app or on our website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
